Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the GovProcure platform, including all services, features, tools, and resources provided by Silent Northwest LLC. This includes our Georgia AI assistant, federal procurement reports, data queries, and all related functionality. By accessing or using GovProcure, you agree to comply with this Policy in its entirety.

Permitted Uses

You may use GovProcure for legitimate business and research purposes, including but not limited to:

• Researching federal procurement opportunities from GSA, DoD, and civilian agencies
• Identifying and applying for federal grants and funding programs
• Locating potential teaming partners and subcontractors for government contracts
• Analyzing federal spending patterns and procurement trends
• Purchasing custom or subscription reports for informed business decision-making
• Learning about NAICS classifications, federal contracting regulations, and procurement processes
• Consulting with Georgia AI assistant for guidance on government contracts and grants research

Prohibited Uses

You may not use GovProcure for any of the following purposes:

• Out-of-scope AI queries: Using Georgia AI assistant for purposes unrelated to federal procurement, grants, or legitimate business research
• Unauthorized data extraction: Attempting to extract, bulk download, scrape, or systematically compile federal data from GovProcure using automated tools, scripts, or methods
• Credential misuse: Sharing your account credentials with other users, selling access to your account, or allowing unauthorized individuals to use your account
• Illegal activity: Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including tax evasion, fraud, money laundering, or circumvention of government regulations
• Fraudulent information: Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information during account creation, profile setup, or any transaction
• AI assistant abuse: Directing harassment, abusive language, threats, or intimidation at Georgia AI assistant or attempting to provoke offensive behavior
• AI manipulation: Attempting to trick, deceive, manipulate, or jailbreak Georgia into providing information outside her intended scope, bypassing safety guidelines, or disclosing system details
• Unauthorized redistribution: Reselling, redistributing, republishing, or commercially exploiting GovProcure reports without written permission from Silent Northwest LLC
• Service disruption: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to GovProcure systems, servers, or databases

AI Assistant Conduct

Georgia is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a human. She is designed to provide research guidance, answer questions about federal procurement, and help users navigate government contracting opportunities. All conversations with Georgia are logged and monitored for quality and policy compliance. Attempting to deceive, manipulate, or abuse Georgia violates this Policy and may result in immediate account suspension. Users acknowledge and accept that Georgia's responses are informational in nature and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice.

Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at GovProcure's sole discretion:

• Warning or notice of violation
• Suspension of account access (temporary or permanent)
• Termination of your account and all services
• Forfeiture of any fees paid, with no refund
• Referral to law enforcement for illegal activity

Reporting Violations

If you believe another user or party is violating this Policy, or if you have concerns about unauthorized access or misuse of GovProcure, please report it to us immediately via our contact form. We take all reports seriously and will investigate thoroughly.

Changes to This Policy

GovProcure reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page.
